With Coconut Frosting

For this recipe you will need:
3 eggs, separate whites and yolks
150g sugar, divided in half
1/2 tsp baking powder
5cl sunflower oil (I used canola oil instead)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
In a bowl add the whites and 75g of sugar.
Beat until firm.
In another bowl, whip the yolks with the rest of the sugar.
Add the milk, flour, baking powder, and finally the oil.
Mix well, then mix in the egg white mixture.
Split batter into two, and add the cocoa powder.
Mix in the cocoa powder to make a chocolate batter. Get a non-stick pan (I sprayed it extra).
Start layering your cake. Add two spoonfuls of your vanilla batter in the center of the pan.
Then add two spoonfuls of your chocolate batter.
Again, add two spoonfuls of the vanilla batter.
Keep alternating until it looks something like this.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Once done, take out to cool for about 15 minutes or more.
Once cooled, forst with any frosting of your choice. I made a coconut frosting I got off of my Philosophy Soap bottle. If you're familiar with Philosophy products you'll know that a lot of their products are scented like food (mostly sweets), and they'll include the recipe to make the product of the scent.
